okay so I'm gonna order a alpha black tactical edition marker and I was just wondering, does it come with a barrel sock? also whats the fps of it, the local paintball field has a rule that no marker can exceed 300 fps and 260-280 is recommended

A barrel sock will be in the box. All paintball markers have a velocity adjustment system. With the Alpha Black, it'll be an adjustment screw which you screw in or out to either lower or raise your velocity respectively. The field will have a chronograph for you to use so that you can see the velocity, you then adjust it up or down from there. Directions on how to do so will be in the user's manual which will come with your marker.

A maximum of 300fps is the industry standard. Anything higher than this can break fingers or damage or break lenses in ASTM approved paintball masks. What's more, velocities in excess of 300fps have a detrimental impact on the paintball causing performance to decrease. Always keep your marker chronographed lower than 300fps ideally in the 280-290fps range for maximum performance unless using a special barrel like a Flatline or Apex system.
