The Hasselkrew, that is. After years of trying different, cheaper, medium format cameras, a few months ago I finally bought my dream camera: A Hasselblad 500c. Yup, the Hasselblad was (and IS!) the premiere medium format film camera from its introduction in 1957 through today (though now with digital backs on fashion shoots). They're so good that they went to the moon. NASA recognizes technical perfection when they see it. >:) edit: Here's my baby

Very nice camera! I checked out the companies website, their new cameras start around $15,000 and go up to about $50,000. I want one already. I'm a scientist too, and also ridiculously good looking. I'm still trying to get the hang of my rebel t3i. I picked up a 50mm lens and am enjoying playing with the aperture. Here's a few shots I took on my last trip to New Orleans... I need to find more people to take pictures of...     |
