Hi, I was playing Paintball yesterday and i had just got my crossover the other day, Put it some new batteries and a new HPA tank. It fires all perfectly fine in semi-auto. But when i switch to the AUTO mode, it doesn't do anything? I have it on the full auto setting (Green) and i check my battery on the programmer it's fine, i check my eyes, They're fine. When i pull the trigger i can hear the ticker going "tick tick tick tick tick tick" every time i press the trigger for as long as i hold it.. But no paint comes out.. Suggestions?

Contact our service department at 800 533-4831 for help with this issue. It's possible that there's an issue with the solenoid on you board.
