Ok, so here goes my 2 week long en devour, of me wanting to blow up this gun and go buy a new electric one.  I have sworn by tippmann my whole life, and I want to stay with the guns they offer.

A5 - after 2011 model
E-Grip w/Selector Switch
CP Gas thru grip
CCM on-off ASA with macro line
20oz CO2 about to be CA
Stock Everything else just polished internals

Problem:
Air up the gun, no leaks
Set E-grip to semi
Pull Trigger
Gun goes full auto and the only way to stop it is to catch the bolt with the cocker
After this happens the gun looses all pressure after 2 or 3 shots then nothing

I have checked the power tube and hammer both look good, I even filed down on the hammer a little to let the sear, supposedly catch better.  I have been at this gun for 2 weeks trying to fix it.  I have cleaned and polished the valve and the thing is as clean if not cleaner before I got it.  I have polished where internals move, no sanding just a dremel and soft polishing pads at low power.  I had a double trigger made for my selector switch e-grip since there is not one being made and the fang is discontinued, why?? Angry BTW, but anyway so I think my spring might have gotten changed for the e-grip sear.  But, i checked its springyness and its just as good as it was before so, I don't think it was changed.  I am just at a loss.

Tank is full, this is not the the tank is about on empty is there is not enough output pressure to set the gun fart sound.  I am going to replace every o-ring and spring and go from there.  Thanks for the quick reply.  Star
