Hi, here my newest Project for the Winterpause ! First i can only Show you the main System of the sleigh mech, grab the movement of the bolt. Thanks god !!!  I think i go build the sleigh in Tippmannstyle(2frames) cause it would be hard to attach him and i also Need room(or a good idea) on the right side cause of fire valve Body and the detent. Also the one Piece sleigh is hard for me to form, less helping tools. So first i thought the catching mechanic will be the hardest part but now iīm schure the sleigh is much more work !!!  The sleigh will be not much higher than the sight (2mm is the stregh of the sleigh alu sheet metal)and not much deeper than the Barrel low high. So the look will be much better than on the demo pic !!! Close to this one is my Goal, shure i canīt have the same dimensions cause Cal.68 is much bigger but so you have an idea of how it should look if iīm done:  Spyder ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Thanks !!! I have cut the slide in two pieces(also makes it easier to form the sheetmetal), the left side is in final size so you will have a pretty good look at how it will be looking finished !!! Need to build also something for make the gripframe in front longer cause would look better too. Getting Close to look like a Glock Cal.68, i think i go just brush the slide surface Looks good i think !!!    ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

So i finished the two slide Shells, look pretty good i think !!! The right one was a bit more work cause of more Trouble but i think i done it right !!!  Next build will be a slide over the Barrel which is Need to install the slide Shell and also the slide return spring. Yeaahhh i will take some more time but each step iīm getting closer to finish !!!         ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Mmhhh iīm not shure !!! First i think i go stay with the metal finish(may brushed or sanded)Looks good i think ! Need to test(finish the main parts) first !!! Black or a dark green would be my favorites for woodland use ! ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

So here i build d the slide Piece for the Barrel not 100% finished cause i Need to buy first some nuts and screws, the nuts will get fiberglased on top where you see the screws i put in for show !     Later i go drill some holes through the slide Shells to install them on ... ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

So i finished the slide return spring System pretty quick and simple ! Formed and filed some sheetmetal and used an old RC-Carspring. So now you could already use it as fake slide but the Goal is a different but with boltcatcher you still do a fake loading !!!     ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Here i got the final design of the bolt move catching part. Will be filed later out of steelness steel and i Need to think about the best way for me to install it easy etc. !?!?!? OK iīm pretty Close to finish ! The catch mech is done but i Need to adjust some things cause it doesnīt slides well, cause form that Long sheetmetal with a vice is pretty ... I go take it slow and enjoy the fiberglas free work !!!           ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Here i did some optical work i filed the grips of the slide.    I filed with a small file may 1mm deep now i go think about other Details and after i go spray it simple black or i try a green i got !?!?!? We will see, get surprised !!! :) I have fiberglased both slide Shells back together but you still can unscrew the Slide piece and the Catch mech. Tried my new paint green but itīs much to green !!!      :) ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Here i got two ideas of make the Frame longer to the end with the slide: 1st  Doesnīt look to big but you still see the ugly rail rest. 2nd  Donīt see the rail part but it Looks very massive i think !!! Iīm still not shure which i go choose and may i will get a better idea if i go think about a Little bit more !?!?!? ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Yes youīre right but i get a bit eye cancer cause itīs lower than the fingerguard !!! I go on think about the best solution but i have a Major Problem if i cut to much of the TPX i will get in Trouble cause markers has to look stock in Germany, if not youīre getting Close to Trouble if ... Ohhh german laws made by ... thatīs why paintball markers are in the same law like air guns so there is a max. of 7.5J or ca. 214fps. Plus Dealers have to prepare markers so that they are not ajustable to not get over 214fps so they seal it much lower to donīt get in Trouble with law, but than you got markers which shot less than 200fps or lower it depends on the balls, the Barrel bore etc. So iīm not happy to be a german paintballer !!! Parts are legal but attach is crime !!! ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

Laws done by noobs !!!  Under Paintballers in Germany there are ways to Play like worldwide People would Play but itīs a Little bit against the law, we donīt hurt anybody cause we do Play international fps !!! ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

So iīve finished the the Frame cover Basement ! Simple to install by a screw which you have to screw in the old front cap i got cause my TPX was without the adjustable one so i got two of them. :) Will be fiberglased for max. strengh, stability and may to have a flat surface too !!! ;)         Final paint job will be all flat black !!! ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |

So here the finished slide, i think i go Name it "Spylide" ;) May the last work i go engrave or paint: SPYLIDE Cal.68 Handmade in Germany SN:0001 ;) Yes the surface is ugly but you will have already a used look for less cash and also less unhealthy work with fiberglas too !!! :)         Iīm happy itīs done so i can go on with other stuff !!! ;) ------------- I like Tippmann !!! |
