BBQ Pork. Throw a pork shoulder in with a little water, rub, and even some BBQ sauce if you want. Set it on low, and let it go for 8 hours or so. Pulls right apart. Works for ribs too.

This reminds me that 1) I got an Instant Pot and it rules, and 2) My Instant Pot has started messing up.

7 can chili is an amazingly easy meal to make in the crockpot.

Brown 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of burger and throw it in with 5 cans of assorted beans and 2 cans of tomatoes and let it cook.
