I finished my P90 milsim. It took a few hours of work and a lot of swearing. But it works great and the select fire actually changes the mode from safe, semi, and full-a. I need to dissasemble it to make some small changes. Its a Maurai AEG P90TR airsoft body. I used a JJ ceramic barrel. I also have a lapco 8" on the way that I will try as well. I will take some shots of the insides so you can get a better idea of how it works...

| The e trigger on the a-5 is the switch on the front. I rewired the front to work so when the switch is released the circuit closes and the weapon fires. I figured out the rotary switch on the e trigger, desoldered the rotory switch and replaced it with two separate switches. The turbo, auto response and 3 round burst modes are unavailable in this setup, but I could easily rewire the switches to make any three modes available. With no switches closed it functions as a safe. It also makes the trigger impossible to pull back so it acts as a safe doubly so. The semi setting closes one contact putting the setup into semi auto mode. The second switch closing closes one more contact putting it into full auto. I lucked out in that semi and full auto differ by only one setting, so I did not have to get all freaky and have to use dpdt switches or transistors in the setup.... |

Great job on the Milsim!! Did you shorten that E-Grip solenoid push rod and then move the solenoid closer to the seer? Also, did you purchase a whole AEG or just the body?

I had to cut the push rod just shy of in half. I purchased a
whole AEG and plan on selling the internals to make up some of the
costs. The egrip took the lions share of the time getting
it to work. The butt end of the marker where the solenoid sits
was moved up to sit closer to the top. I then lined everything up
and epoxied it into place. After it cured I measured the push rod
about five different times and then cut it a bit long. I
then shaved it down until it worked....

I wish i had something like that but from what it looks it pretty darn good i mean its really nice. has the frame pretty good but I wonder is there a way to get the cocking mechanizm up at the front and on both sides like a real p90 or is it impossible. it would be cool if there was away to do that because you could put fake clip there along with cyclone feed and make it look real nice but i guess thats getting real picky and probably more expensive |

Tight one of my favorite guns is now a pb gun. You should add a flashlight or laser and have a point sight in the front like the real thngs. I wish you could have been at the Stargate SG-1 Senario game with that thing. You are offically in my book of people with tight  mods. for some time now. The P90 works great, I plan on building a
second unit to clean up some of the frankencuts I made with the
Dremel. I have had no luck finding a donor P90 to work from for a

This guy just completed a fantastic MilSim you could only hope to come close to! He accomplished something I'll be willing to bet youve never even come close to and you have the stupidity to try to drag him down! Let's see what YOU can accomplish before you make comments like you did. Personally, I think it's one of the best jobs I've ever seen. Hey man you should also throw a post up on a Stargate forum and let them all drool. When we went down to the Aliens game at Waynes World in Florida, we built whole suits of Colonial Marine armor. Somebody got the pics up on an Aliens forum and I didn't stop getting post for 2 weeks. They loved it if you know what I mean.
