PTM: I've got the 12'' Freak tip. when i mounted my red dot scope on my a-5 i had half of the loader blocking my view do you have the same problem. |

I don't think that's a carbine. I'm pretty sure it's an SL 68 II. It's a pump that he most likely uses as a backup. It's too big to be used as a sidearm. Unless by "sidearm" you meant "backup". ------------- How many dyslexics does it screw to take in a light bulb? |

it's not horrible either. It doesn't bother me. andy: I think it should be do-able with the vert and new board, I really hope so atleast, because an ACEed A-5 would be hot. 44445: I got like 6'' of it cut off, but it's still pretty long. I like my hair  .

looks good. Another maxed out A-5 I'm a big advocate of the red dot for woods anyways, can't tell how many times it helped me hit a mask or a foot sticking out from a bunker. -------------

Just curious, why put a vertical feed on an a5? Isn't that defeating the purpose of the cyclone? btw, I think it looks great! I'd leave the red dot sight on there. ------------- BonusBallinBill Any mistakes represent the new way of spelling.

BonusBallinBill: Yes, the vert feed is defeating the pourpose of the
cyclone, and that's the point. I'm not a very big fan of it, it's been
the source of most of my problems. In the winter, it mashes paint,
rendering the gun usless, myself and my friend Matt have both had one
randomly just stop cycling altogether and had to get new ones from
Tippmann, and it's just big and uneven and too cumbersome for
hyperball, poking my barrel through the gruves in the bunkers but my
cyclone and hopper still stick out  . Plus, how many vert fed A-5's are out there. I'm pretty sure none, I want to b original.

I bought a Uni-Mount now and don't have the sight anymore, and I bought
a Halo and feed neck and I'm verting myself wednesday. More pics to
come in a week or so.

I know Tippmann Effect had a few A-5's with right feed adaptors, but I don't think there's any that are truly vert feed.

I did vert feed it with Panic, this is a turbo old thread. I since sold it all of except the body itself, which sat in my garage broken untill today.
