You'll have to search and see if they have drive springs for the ProLite. You will not be able to use the drive springs from the more recent lines (Carbine, ProCarbine, 98 or A5)... they'll all be too short.
You need the longer ProLite one.

As for the other springs... sear spring, check for Prolite or Carbine sear/trigger springs on the site.

Trigger Spring: go with an older "Model" (Not Custom) 98 trigger/sear spring... or the trigger spring from an SL-68II pump. It will lighten the trigger pull from 9lbs to 3lbs.

If you're ordering parts... might as well get a new seal kit too. Replace your internal o-rings, or keep them as spares.

At some point, you might need to rebuild or replace your valve. If the gun still cycles fine, maybe you can hold off. Tippmann used to be able to rebuild them for you for a reasonable cost. I'm not sure if they still will given how long the ProAm/ProLite have been out of production.

Upgrades... well... choice of barrels. Most current A5 barrels will match the threading on your ProAm (Not the Flatline, however). The only catch will be, some barrels might not fit thru the opening in your metal foregrip assembly.

Other upgrades are hard to come by these days. At one time you could find Rear Velocity Adjusters, Custom Rear Hammers, etc. These days, with all of the Pro-series guns out of production... the parts are scarce.

Nice workhorse of a gun though, the Pro/Am. If you can keep it up and running... you may not be able to keep up with the high rate of fire of today's guns... but you should still be able to hold your own.
