I heard that's Spec Ops latest specialty sniper marker. It's called the "Snipernator." It applies both the Magnus effect and the principal of accuracy by volume to paintball sniping. There is an optional wheel/skid kit available for tactical low crawling.

I have two Snipernator's linked together, which I call the octagonal-trouble. It requires a small band of porters, though, for all the paint and air and they usually get caught in one of my streams. It's hard to find good help anymore.
