At some fields it is. I believe the reason being is that it can supposedly go 30bps or something like that. It must be considered "full-auto".

I'm not sure if it has a tourney lock, that might be it.
Either way, they feel nasty-and not in a good way. |

It might be because it has to point in the same trigger where the gun is told to fire.
