You need to properly tune the R/T in order for it to sweetspot. You do this by reading the manual (if you dont have a manual it can be found on the tippmann website)and following the instructions provided.

yes if tuned right the R/T can shoot at very high rates of fire. If you have a 98custom you would deffinetly need an eletronic hopper.

yes, and if the trigger is tuned right it can hit full auto or be close enough to it.

Once you tune it (see the manual) you will be able to shoot full auto (when its technicaly not). Its definatly worth the money.
