sorry i didnt have the patience to search thru all the posts but the bolts
on my gun are all stripped and rusted and i cant get it open now. would i
be able to send it to tippmann and pay for the bolts to be removed and
replaced?

Oh, receiver bolts/screws you mean.

I drill the screws with a 3/16 inch bit until the heads let go, then remove the remainder with pliers.

Tighten your receiver bolts just snug. I have never lost a bolt, but I have drilled 4 or 5. It's a pain in the #&*.

Put some CR around them so it sinks into and around the screws.

Leave it for a few minutes, and it should be good to remove.

At worst, call Tippmann Service and send it in if you don't think you can do the job yourself.  They do good work and depending on the severity of the problem you usually get a 5 day turnaround time.
