Are those SS pipes? (I imagine they are) because brass is only rated for 500PSI, and it looks like your ball valve is brass. The unregulated output of a CO2 tank is 800PSI...going into a 500PSI valve...well...if you allowed the chamber to fill up for too long...you can say good-bye to your arms.
