I added a couple of things to the marker over the last couple of days.

  a new rufus dawg drop and a new lapco expansion chamber.  I had a halo hopper w/ the LCD screen but the feed neck broke. (can I do anything about this, like send it back?)

I think I have done everything to this marker that I can think of besides going HP or LP.  As of right now the marker is set up with:       CP asa on/off, CP dovetail, Rufus Dawg blade trigger and drop forward, Dye sticky grips, Lapco expansion chamber and vertical adapter, SmartParts teardrop barrel, DOP gold powertube and delrin bolt, RT, empire and halo LED hopper, polished internals and rocket cock.  I wanted to put an e-bolt because I like to have a trigger pull that is like the click of a mouse, but I think it may cost less to just buy a new custom pro with an e-trigger already installed.

I have done those upgrades over the last 9 months and not from the same vendor.  I didn't understand the last part of your post? sorry.  Address of place that powdercoated the marker?
