The guns are alright, personally I wouldn't buy any Impy new oer used but its your money and your choice. I like the second to last picture "life after paintball".

Dude!  I know there's this stigma against pistols and everything, but I like them.  I hate to tell you this, but I wouldn't pay $150 for a PT Extreme either.  If you go to Skirmish USA at D-Day you can get them for as low as $50.  I have one.  They're ok, but I hope they fixed the problems with it...  Here's a couple suggestions based on what I did to my PT Extreme:

Replace the spring with a slightly stronger spring from a Spyder spring kit.  Don't go too strong or you'll  have problems with cocking and you'll screw up the ball detent.  This will up your velocity so it will actually break 200 fps.  :)

I know this will sound weird, but take your ASA, and put it on backwards, and use a 7 or 9 oz tank.  You may have to trim a piece off of your grips, but it's worth it.  What you end up with is a tank sticking forward off your gun, making it front heavy, but you can put that bad boy back in a holster if you want, and it'll still fit.  It's also a bit more compact so you can swing it around like a little sister more effectively.  Make sure you use a steel braided hose, and you may have to tinker with the way you want the hose to run.

Last but not least... I haven't figured out why, but the ball detent on the PT Extreme isn't all that good.  Don't use a motorized hopper, especially anything from a Reloader up in quality.  What happens is the hopper will "force feed" the balls into the gun and kinda overrun the ball detent.  Either use a plain hopper, or the 10 shot clip.

That's it.  To those who may be asking how I know this... guess.  :)

To those who go "dude, you're a retard,"  I say "No, I was conducting an experiment."  You'd be surprised what you can get out of with that excuse...

To those who say "Hey, that sounds like a good idea," I say "Thanks, it was a lot of fun, and I learned a lot about how my guns work.  Feel free to try any of these ideas on your guns.  I've considered doing the backwards ASA thing on my A5, but I haven't gotten to it yet."

The council recommends a Zeus if you can get your hands on one, it's much more finely constructed than the PT Extreme, and lends itself to better upgrades... because they made them for the Zeus...

I love that 3a team.

Oh yeah, nice markers.  The impy does look very bland.
The desire for polyester is just to powerful.
