i'm new to using hpa, I have a 68\4500 the guy at my paintball shop said that he couldnt fill 4500psi today so he filled it up to 3000psi, im just wondering if it will do anything to my tank, like it wont screw up the reg or anything will it?

You can always fill a 4500psi tank to less than 4500psi, but never more than 4500psi. So a 68ci 4500psi tank can be a 68ci 3000psi but never a 5000psi. If that makes any sense.

hehe...

yeah, no harm can come. In fact, my nitro (a 68/4500) got filled to 3k today, and it was fine....up until I ran out of air. :(

My proshop fills my tank 4500 tank to 4000 just for safety reasons.

most places wont fill a tank to its max psi..a 3000 psi we most likey to filled to like 2800 or something just incase..its very comom/\
