i bought a dye drop forward today for my 98c...and on my gun there are two screws underneath my handle to screw in the black gas connecter..well took em out and screwed in the drop...but when i went to screw in the gas connecter to the bottom of the drop...theres on hole that has like a lil screw cap in it on the drop..and i dont know how to connect it...i asked the guy at the store before i bought it if was suppose to come w/ screws and he said that it doesnt need a screws in the pack..just your exsiting screws in your gun...anyone know how to install it

you need an ASA that is compatable with rails.  the bottom of the drop is a dovetail and if you get an asa that fits on there you just slide it on and tighten the tiny allen screw that is in the little hole on the top.

go to the shop w/ the drop and either ask for an asa that will work on it... or try to return it and buy a drop that you can connect a regular asa onto.

Can i change the ASA (I'm assuming this is the black thing the tank screws into) so that it will fit that weaver rail setup?  And if i can is it hard or worth my time/money?
