I think the closest is a 3000psi 48ci steel tank. It maybe a bit bigger than a 20. Will have to find mine and messure it for you.

A 48ci steel tank sounds about right.

Most packs fit up to 115ci tanks. (www.paintballgear.com)

I don't think 45/300 is close to a 20 oz of CO2. I'm pretty sure its the 68/4500.

When you say "Closest" are you talking ONLY physical tank size or are you refering to Shots Per Fill as well?  If memory serves a 68/4500 gives you about the same number of shots as a 20 oz CO2.

i realy dont care about waight. i just want it to fit well and not hang out to far. i do allot of running on the feild and having a steel tank bashing on my back is getting old. but im a relitivly big guy and i dont mind the extra waight. im also a cheep . and i will spend mony but only once meaning id rather spend more upfront and never have to spend again. so what brand it the best out there?

PSI also has to do with capacity.  A 68/4500 will give you more shots per tank than a 68/3000 even though the tanks are physically the same size.
