Will a regulater on co2 work my was second guessing the local shop aying i have to get an expanshion chamber for co2 he said regs. are for hpa only but i thoguht it worked on both plus a reg is better than an x chamber thats what i thought what do u have to say

I dont think a reg will do anything for C02. I think you can use it with co2 but it wont improve anthing. However I'm pretty sure an expansion chamber would be better for c02.

This statement is absolutely false, as is the one from your "pro" shop. Many regulators will help regulate air, CO2 or not. The palmer stabilizer will do wonders with any CO2 equiped gun. Expansion chambers are not really needed with tippmanns as their valves are designed to work with CO2 well. You are much better off saving for a palmer reg. They will keep your shots at a consistent pressure and in turn this will make your gun more accurate as you can predict where the shots will go. |

Many places sell them. www.countypaintball.com has them for around $75 and they have a discount flier around these forums somewhere. You need a male so it will screw into an ASA.
