i found a site to do full auto on the 98 custom. i cant get it to work for the custom but it does work for the model 98. just bend a U out of a paperclip and stik it between the trigger and the metal thing on the trigger. and make sure it touches the bottem of the sear pin with the other side. when u pull the trigger it pushes the sear pin so the bolt wont catch it unless u release the trigger. heres a link

60 or s b.p.s. and theres another way to turn it full auto. . . all
you do is cut a toothpick the width of the sear scoot the sear
forward like if the sear was in position while the gun was
cocked and you stick the toothpick in there and viola, you got a
full auto model 98 or 98 custom, uhh i did it it sounds sick, its
about 60 b.p.s. or so, and obviously the "cycle rate" is not the
speed the gun can shoot per second

60 bps hahahaha, a 98 will probably never be able to cycle 60 c.p.s even NN with his super ram can prob cycle around 25 max.

actually i was surprised. it worked for a while then the paperclip bent out and quit working. I dont know why. I tried a heavier paperclip and it worked great. Oh and the power feed from lapco kept up with it with a gravity feed hopper.

GREAT MOD! You guys are forgetting something- he's not completely holding down the sear, he's allowing the sear to continously cycle. The sear grabbing the bolt slows it down significantly, thus allowing it to cycle at a more manageable rate. I had a smilar idea to slow the bolt down, but mine involved attaching an adjustable spring to the sear.

Actually, when the sear is altered like that, the gun can and will cycle at 50+ cps. Have a nice day.

well ive heard that a Q-loader mounted on a vertical feed (directly, no tubing) can feed at 100 BPS, so if that is true then no gun can outshoot it

I have a Qloader. Got to try that! So it can fire continuously without interruption unless you release the trigger?

You don't need a vertical feed since the paintballs are loaded with downward force.
