REGULATE OR NOT AND WHICH ONE

Im thinking of regulating my 98 with ebolt. I use both HPA and co2, I only use co2 when Im not at a field, Only after my HPA tank runs out. Which means I use both but mostly HPA..

I know the palmer is best for co2 but I heard the torpedo can run co2 also. So which one should I get?

All input is appreciated since I dont know a lot about regs.

The Palmer is best for c02, and will also work decently for hpa. I'd say go with that.

Do you know if the torpedo will work with co2 and if so how well

I don' know much about the torpedo. It's better than the palmer for HPA but I dont know whether or not it can tolerate c02.

The torp wont work with a stock 98C. Not enough output pressure.

Torpedo reg is a LP regulator. 98C needs one with ouput pressure of around 850 psi.

Torpedo does in fact work with CO2, but they are right, the output pressure is too low.

As far as I know the Palmer is the only one that works with both and has a high enough outpur pressure.

I thought the sidewinder was HP, but I'm not sure on that one.
