hey i desided to paint my marker im not quite shure what to do first so any tips would greatly appreciated

I'd suggest using a paintremover rather than sanding. Then you just prime and paint.

This really goes more in Upgrades and Customizing..., but a paint remover then prime and paint.  Sanding can have some rough effects on your gun.

painmt remove wont really do anything on a powder coat. Use a bench grinder.

Why cant you just paint over it?

Because the top coat wont stick to the first layer of paint.
