Topic: New upgradable speedball gun under $300Posted: 27 August 2005 at 6:27pm |

I have a Tippmann and I am tired of it w/ the weight and looks and have
always wanted a gun that is for speedball and alright at stock. But I want it to be upgradable
to like an $800+ gun. I might play a bit off woods, so I don't want it
too breakk w/ a small bump. I want it too be under $300. And I need a
gun that will run on C02 at first and then Ill get nitro later. Thanks
for your help.

Ion, I guess. Just get a decent hopper and get your C02 Anti-Siphoned, and you should be okay for a while.

The Ion would be your best bet. You could get a B2k4 but they don't have tons of upgrades like the Ion does. Just remember to get your co2 anti-siphoned until you get nitro.

$285 is the price that most online stores offer them at. Look around because you might find one on sale or at a cheaper price. |

Yes, eventually it will wear out the seals inside the gun. You can cause accelerated wear if you like to shoot fast, and a lot. |

I understand that the Ion, according to its manual, is capable of running on CO2. However, remember that for your anti-siphon tube to work properly, it must be aligned correctly. The setup as it works for your present marker might not be correct if you screw that same tank onto a different marker. ASA's can vary. Make sure! You don't want to feed liquid into an electronic marker!

An auto cocker trilogy pro comes to mind from me. You can run
them on CO2 with few or no worries and when you get N2 then you can get
a Worrblade and all that other stuff(qevs and that). Other than
that the Diablo Wrath is great for outdoor play and with it new trigger
it can rip like crazy in speedball.

I say the B2K4 but I don't know American prices, it should be under 800 for it and a good hopper and Air.
