Just a little something I picked up from County.

I think it was stock for all of 15 minutes.

Still to do:

Im working on an RVA for it out of delrin and aluminum. Except my bandsaw is cutting crazy and keeps throwing the blade off.

Also planning on machining a new cocking handle.

Find a cheap vertical adapter and an old cocker reg or something.

How long did it take to polish that body?  I'd clear coat it and leave it alone, because that polish job looks slick....

As for the bandsaw throwing blades...I have a huge woodshop in my basement and the one time my bandsaw threw a blade, it was the tires that had hardened from old age.  Try poly tires.  But first, get a new blade.  There may be a twist in the blade.  You wouldn't nessecarily be able to see the twist by eye, but the hardening might have gone bad.  Especially if your cutting metal, long enough for the blade to heat up.  Also, make sure its tracking correctly.  There should be an adjustment on the top wheel, that sets the wheel angle.  Tension the blade and turn the wheel by hand...adjust the tracking screw until the blade tracks perfect on the crown of the tire.  If it still throws the blade once your at full speed and the tracking is set and you have a new blade, then it's time for new tires....Good luck...I hate it when my tools stop working perfectly, too.

I think if you started making parts for the 98c like you do for the carbine a lot more people would buy them. I would like to see a vertical adaptor closer to the grip.
