Createen(sp) and roids will do that.   Createen will fill the muscles with water(makes it look bigger) and the roids will... well you know the rest.

The picture won't load for me at work, but if it's the guy I'm thinking of, with the world's largest biceps, then I read the article on him in FHM. I think he had 32 in biceps. That's bigger than my waist.

He lifts so much weight that he sometimes soils himself from straining so hard. Other times he vomits. He says it gives people something to focus on rather than him being short and ugly.

He was saying that steroids will make his arm bigger, and Creatine will make them look even bigger. Not that Creatine did that to his arm.  That a combination did.
