Hi all,

New to the boards and need some help. I bought a c98 from a friend and all is fine except that he said the the electric trigger is bad. I replaced all the parts and it works normal. I have searched on the net and can't seem to find anything about this piece. This is the part that is broken. Sorry for the bad pic. The only thing that I can make out is the following:

UMATECH

The very first letter is scratched out. If anyone has any info please let me know.

Thanks,

Sonny

Wow, I have never seen an E-Bolt setup like that. The part that is broken is an electrical connection? You might find an electronic supply store and take that broken part with you.

That part appears to be the trigger switch or microswitch. It is just a single pole single throw switch much like the ones in you mouse. These are generic switches so you dont have to find the same exact one as a replacement, in fact you may be able to find one at radio shack. When hooking it up you dont even have to worry about polarity or any of that stuff. Just solder the two leads to the middle and end of the new switch. That ebolt you have is very interesting though. I am curious where it came from.
