Does Tippmann answer thier tech Emails???? I wrote them about 10 days ago about a breaking ratchet and an O-ring problem... I havn't heard anything from them.... Would they send out a replacement part without answering me??? Just wondering what is going on...

Yea, they take a while to answer their mail. Try calling them instead.

From what i've heard Tippmann has excellent customer support by phone, but takes ages to answer Emails.
