when i removed the tombstone adapter from my a-5, the large valve o-ring and the valve washer fell out and when i tried to put the tombstone adapter back in i couldnt because the valve spring was in the way, now i dont have a clue where any of these parts are supposed to go. Also i stripped one of the screws on my a-5 and i cant get it out, ive tried using different allen keys but it didnt work, does anyone know how to take them out?

What parts are you referring to exactly?  Use the A-5 manual to call out parts/part numbers.  Tippmannpros.com also has PDF versions on their site.  That exploded view is invaluable when you're tinkering with the inside of the marker.

Looking at the A-5 exploded drawing, I'm trying to figure out what washer you're referring to.  Also, o-rings don't typically just fall out.  Is it cut/broken?  When you refer to the "large valve", are you talking about the valve (part# 02-25) in front of the rear bolt?

As for getting out a stripped allen, you can often use a Torx bit of the same size as the new "hole" and get it out.  If that doesn't work, an Easy-out on a drill might work.  As a last resort, you'd need to drill it out.

Don't they fit into the powertube?  If you push too hard on the back of the powertube (where the back bolt hits) the parts will fall out, so basically put them in order, and shove them back into the powertube.  Then put the tombstone back into place, and try again.
