other than the barrel, everything does absolutely nothing but add weight.

A gun is not a weapon... It's a tool. Like a butcher knife, or a harpoon, or...uh, a...an alligator. |

That mod makes you a 1337 paintball sniper. All you need after that is a ghille suit.

All of it serves no purpose but to look nice. The barrel does something, yes, but can you get a better one? yes.
You should look up some ups that actually help performance, the first of which you should find is a barrel. |

Exactly what these guys have said. Be wary of when you buy a marker like this because you're paying for various cosmetic upgrades that do nothing to enhance your performance. Raised sight rails, stocks, optics, magazines added to the front are really cool to look at, but don't serve much of a purpose. My suggestion, is to buy a stock marker, and upgrade it to the way YOU like. If you choose to add these parts on, then neat. Go for it. But having the option is a lot better than buying a ready-made milsim marker and dumping all kinds of money into it, then deciding that you don't like a few of the upgrades on it. Start basic, and work from there. Plus, you'll get a higher sense of satisfaction out of doing it yourself. |

I'll give you a description of my A5 set up
A5 E-grip Double trigger ACI 68/3000 HPA tank Flatline barrel Boomstick barrel DOP drop forward I polished the internals of the gun, and over the last couple of years I've beaten the snot out of it. I've used it in woodsball, and I've competed in speedball tournaments with it. It's fast (enough), resonably accurate, and is always reliable. It doesn't break paint (except on the target), and it holds up well in nasty weather. Cons are: Uses lots of air, with the flatline it's super loud, it's not very well balanced, and the batteries don't last long in the E-grip. |
