I have both barrels and the Lapco is slightly better than the J&J ceramic with distance. J&J is a little more quiet but not by much.

Both are good, the J&J cleans better and the lapco is more accurate.

Tough call. I own both for just about every gun type I have. Both are excellent barrels, and you'd be well off getting either/or.
Chose Lapco only because that is what I use more these days. But again, you can't go wrong with either choice. |

I have used both the Lapco Bigshot and the JJ Ceramic and the Lapco is noticably better in accuracy (not a huge difference, but you can tell). Also the whole ceramic shooting itself clean thing is hype, most decent barrels without too much porting do, in fact when I first started playing and was using a Lapco Bigshot I did not understand why people cared about barrel breaks it shot clean so well.
