I was thinking instead of using a drop foward to lower a C02 tank, use something that will raise it to the back and position it in place where the stock would normaly be. Just add a C02 Butt Stock to get a better feel. Has anyone tried this yet? I think you dont need a remote, and it will be almost as light as one of them expensive back Stocks. I might try to see how it can be attached. |

Has anyone ever tried to flip a drop forward upside-down and backwards? I
will look into it more and see if it's possible. Just a thought though. Edited by FarSeer - 23 April 2006 at 2:11am |

How hard would it be to make something like that? Edited by Blindman - 23 April 2006 at 4:47pm |

It would be pretty simple, and yes it has been done. IMHO, that would be terribly uncomfortable though.

hah, I dont see that being hard for anyone. Heck, if you're in highschool, go to the shop and make it, then talk to a science teacher about annoing. I did annodizing in grade 10 science, I'm sure you can figure something out |

The thing is not making one, but making something that you would want to be proud of and want to show off to the other players around you, that's the difference between the professional and the school kid.

Where does your wrist go with a setup like this? I think just holding the grip would be terribly uncomfortable with a setup like this. You'd need a good amount of space behind the grip. |

I would have to agree with FyreFly on that one that looks uncomfy and painful
. Wouldn't it be easier just to get a regular stock or something?

Why not have something that basicly you machine the start of a stock, but in it you have a ASA that you screw the CO2 into and then have some macro line that runs from the ASA to the gun?
so basicly you have the start of the stock, then you screw in the co2 and that forms the rest of it |

i agree, uncomfortable setup, why not just build somthing that got a a5 stock adaptor on one end, and ASA on the other end, with a micro runnin along side the gun from the ASA. basically elimating the need to attach it to the the bottom line of the grip and having it come up like in the pic and getting in your way. you sparked a good idea though. nice. |

me personaly, dont use anything for support. got a remote coil without stock, makes your setup alot lighter, plus the end a the coil is firm enough for a bit of support when rested on you shoulder |
