C-3 not firing

I've been having problems with my C-3 lately, maybe one of you can help me out. At first it started to not ignite the propane every once and a while and I'd have to pull the trigger more than once. Eventually it just wouldn't fire so I replaced the battery with a brand new one. Still won't ignite. So I readjust the regulator and it still will not work. The propane tank is also pretty new (only been through about 400 shots). I think it might have something to do with the spark plug, even though it shouldn't need cleaned after only 400 shots. I cleaned the spark plug, and still no luck. Any sugesttions? I think I might need to send it to tippmann, does anyone have the number I can call them at? Email is probably useless.
