E-trigger kit not for 98 custom?!?

Ok so I bought a tippmann 98 custom w/ ACT 2 months ago and all I play is speedball. But here is my real question= when I was looking at the E-trigger kit on the tippmann site it said it was for Custom Pro markers only, not for 98 custom. Is this true because I've heard people say that you can put it on the new 98 customs (the ones where the words "98 Custom" are outlined in a black oval)

yes i did. the e-trigger will work no problem. one way to check is by taking off the left grip. there should be a hole whare the selonoid goes and a hole whare the battery goes
