I would go with the A5. I know the look of the X7 is appealing, but you can do a lot more with the A5. You can still choose to upgrade it to look like a milsim if you should choose to do so.

A5 is old news. pick yourself up a nice 98c w/ E-grip and ACT bolt.

For me I havent had any problems with my A-5. Ive been more than happy with it. I think the main difference between the A-5 and the 98 are their length. The A-5 is a little more compact while the 98 is a little longer. For me, I couldnt use the 98. I always felt uncomfortable with it. With my A-5 I couldnt be happier. I would recommend trying them both out if you can. When your at the local field theres more than enough 98's and A-5's laying around. See if one of the people there will let you test them out.

The X7 is not more accurate in any way, it should be somewhat lighter and people say it is more balanced. Other than that, it feeds a tad faster out of the box, but the A5 can feed just as fast with not much money

The X7 has too big a body, i mean to big of a target...I prefer 98C's.
