i have an old 98c i dont want a new trigger but i have looked at the internals and i think i could rig a thumb switch to the sear that when held down it is fullauto and wont stop till you let go of it but my grandfather sugested gettin a long screw or rod and attach it to the trigger and the other end to the end of the sear closest to the trigger and when you pull the trigger it would push the sear low enough it wouldnt catch... i might try it just to play with but maybe only for a few minutes because i dont think the hopper could keep up with it what do you think cool right and do you guys have any other ideas i want something that i could either fire semi or full auto

It wont work if you just hold down the sear. Its not completing full cycles and will not feed paint. The bolt is just flying back and forth helplessly.

Yeah, if you want the ability to shoot full auto an semi at the same time, really the only choice is an RT. Mind you thats not true Full Auto, but its close enough...

Or, if you really want full auto. E-Grips do some damage.

Don't know where the rumor started that an RT set-up isn't capable of full auto. Adjusted as per instructions when you nail the trigger down it keeps firing until the hopper is empty. Operates just like many machine gun designs since WWI. With a good hammer spring, preventing the sear from engaging will absolutely produce full auto operation. Trouble is that it runs at the absolute maximum cycle rate that the marker can run...and there are few if any hoppers that can keep up with it. When people speak of a paint blender this is the kind of operation to which they are referring. |

true it does keep firing but full-auto is holding down the trigger and it fires until you let go, the rt trigger moves back and forth and resets after every shot, so technically it is not full-auto |
