http://www.compulsivepaintball.com/product.asp?ic=15959 J&J ceramic 12".  I picked it because it was a decent price and I have heard so many good things about it.

i have different barrels for different styles of play, for instance i have a lapco big shot assault 16" for heavy gunning in the back, i have a lapco bigshot 14" for general use and a 16" tippmann pathfinder barrel as well...these are for my M4A5 set up,
for my x7 i have a lapco big shot 12" apex ready for my MP5SD set up...pretty cool, i trimmed the SD shroud so the apex can "hide" in there.
and for my current project MP5K RIS i am using my hammerhead TPX barrel...simply because the TPX is outta commission and on it's way to Tippmann!
