Nope.
Just a screw-in tank with a "high pressure" (anywhere between 750-850psi) output (these are typically the standard ones, with low-pressure tanks usually marked accordingly) Screw it in and play, as you would any CO2 tank. |

Shorty is right, but I would also suggest that you make sure your local field fills air - not all do. Also, since air tanks are fairly expensive, I would recommend investing in a tank cover, nipple cover, and thread protector. That extra $20 will keep your $200 tank going longer. |

yup, just screw the tank on and go.
A tank cover is mandatory if you have a fiber tank, but optional for a steel tank. i would assume a nipple and thread protector are a necessity as well, i'm getting all three for my tank, since i would rather have the softer surface of a tank cover that wont slide off my shoulder as easily... |

The fill nipple is not threaded. If you want to protect the threads that go into the ASA, you'll need a thread protector. Two different products. |
