If anyone here has a pair of calipers, and doesn't mind taking their marker apart, I need the measurements for the valve washer (Marked 02-71 Valve Washer in X7 Manual). The reason being that I bought my marker from someone who no longer wanted it. It, however, had two leaks. The first I remedied by tightening the hose. The second was in the tombstone area. After inspecting the marker, I found that the valve washer was completely absent. Don't ask me why. Anyway, I replaced it with another washer and it works, but it is not a very good washer and it has small jagged edges that threaten to irrepairably damage the valve O-ring. I don't want to spend 20$ on a parts kit just to replace one washer. I want to buy one at a hardware store that roughly matches the dimensions of the original. Could someone please give me a fairly accurate dimension for the washer's inner diameter, outer diameter, and depth? It would be greatly appreciated.

You can always call tippmann and order the part without the rest of the kit. A pro-shop should also have spare parts.

No problem brother, just call Tippman they will send you a couple, just let them know it blew out. They are having many issues with the internal valve and are in progress of updating it per R&D department.

Remember Washer then O ring for more information go to X7OG.net

The guy you got it from probably took it apart and inadvertantly pushed the rear bolt forward with the tombstone out which will pop out the Oring and washer assembly.

When you do get the Oring, it is easier to knock out the internal valve to place the new O ring in. Just firmly knock the valve on a table with towel and you will see the valve slide down the use you screw driver to help it out. When you put it back in jsut align the push in.

over,
