Mid game my gun died on me.  It will only fire 1 shot before it needs to be manually cocked.  Some times it will triple fire like the pressure is low.  Nothing seems to be broken, I have yet to completely tear it down.

Air is good, I checked it with a buddies full tank too.

Mods are: palmers, 3k psi air tank, double trigger, and a rear velocity adj.

Any ideas and what I should be looking for?

What's the input pressure on the stab? It should be between 800-850 psi.

Otherwise, remove the stab, hook up the bottle directly to the vertical adapter. see if that fixes the problem. If it does, then the reg is either too-low on the input pressure, or something inside is blocking the air-flow.

Also, make sure the ball-detent isn't in backwards.

Between the regulator and the RVA you have much potential for error.  Setting those two devices to work well together can be tricky.  I suggest taking off one and see if that helps, tweaking the other as needed.
