    Posted: 26 December 2007 at 8:19pm

So, for my Dad's 98, he wants a magazine for it, but also an expansion chamber.  He doesnt really want to spend $70 on a combination of the 2, plus, I cant really find one that goes with it because of the angled front part(We have a vertical adapter on it, he doesnt really think theres a need to get rid of it).

So is there a really small expansion chamber that will fit inside a real magazine?  I cant really tell from the pictures what would/wouldnt.  Or any ideas?

Remote!

Tasco made a really small one that makes it look like it doesn't expand much, and is only carried by II Sports now. It wont screw into a VA, vut is only three dollars or so.

rap4 makes a small reg that works for CO2 and HPA.  It can screw onto the tank or the ASA.  Here is a link for it.  I am looking into getting one myself so that I can put a mag on my A5

You could probably drill a hole in the side of the mag for the gauge to stick out of, that would a lot of function to the form.

you would put it on your asa and then just add a mag seperately.  that way the reg doesnt get near the mag even.

you could get the palmers female, that would replace your ASA. Plus it's a great reg.

Well he said he doesn't want to spend over $70, so I doubt he'll buy many of what is listed.  I'd say just skip the X-Chamber and just get a mag.  I personally run a remoteline sometimes.  It's supposed to help, and you get some of the weight off of the gun.  You could even hook that right up to the VA if you wanted.

Yeah my dad says that he(and his friends) will work on it at his job.  He got some type of magazine for it and other real parts, so itll be interesting.
