I have a X-7 and I bought a remoteline last week. My first day using it I laster almost the whole day (from 10AM-4 PM) but my remote line wasent getting enough air to the gun a hour before I the end of the day. I thought that a slug of Co2 had frozen in the line. I took the line off and the Gun worked great. Today I hooked the remote line up and I couldnt get my gun to cycle on semi-auto. The Cyclone wouldnt feed and the gun would crap out after 2 or 3 balls. I use a 20 oz. Co2 tank with a screw on remote line. No Gas system mods on the X-7. Whats wrong? |

after tightening the remote line completely and screwing wown the bolt to initiate the air flow un twist the bolt about a 1/4 to 1/2 a turn because the bolt might actually be blocking the flow.

I'm not sure how you have your bottle oriented in your pack.
If you have an anti-syphon tube, you shouldn't be using a remote line. The bottle should normally be standing vertically, with the nozzle up. If its on its side or upside down, you will draw liquid CO2 into the line and have bad issues. |

if you don't know what it is, then you didn't install one.

An anti-siphon tube is one method of keeping liquid CO2 out of the marker. Just to point out: Do NOT attempt to install one yourself. Ever.
On to your problem. Have you tried backing the bolt off like thejudge said? |

And why the heck not? Perhaps your should clarify that if you do not have the knowledge to install it yourself, you should have it professionally done. |

Fair 'nuff. I'll restate then. Unless you are a qualified airsmith, do not attempt to install your own anti-siphon.

Well I tryed it and it didint work. I took it to the local proshop. It was looked over and the problem was found. Cold Tank Syndrome. Its been 40-50 deg the past few weeks here in the Northeast. And the remote line didint help.

Actually, there is no qualification to be an airsmith. One day you just start referring to yourself as one.

I know that. What I meant was that unless your very confident in your abilities... ah screw it. You know full well what I meant. Now your just screwing with me
.That'd be interesting if there WAS a qualification. Though I suppose there are manufacturer-certified techs. Whatever. Any luck Wilhelm Schulz? |
