I purchased an e-grip last week and got to use it on saturday, everything worked fine. After i left the field i forgot to turn it off and i realized that once i got home. I tried than to turn it off and the light went solid RED and stayed like that, wouldnt respond to the power button. I disconnected the battery and put it back on and turned it on to make sure it had been fixed but no, as soon as it got a GREEN light, a second after boom RED solid light again. I am taking it back to the store today in the afternoon. Just wondering what was wrong with it, to have a knowledge, i changed the battery just to make sure it wasnt that. |

that happened to me today, (this is giong to be hard to explain so bear with me) when u take apart the e-grip and take out the actual trigger its self there is a little silver tab that presses down a button to let the trigger no to fire. this tab is located to the upper left of the pin. It can easily be moved out of place and then the gun stops working or goes crazy on u. If u had not sent it back yet i would try to find this tab and bend it back, it may take a couple of hours though to get it just right. |

i dont no wut mine is going to do yet because i am testing on monday like i said if u play alot then i wouldnt wait for tippmann to send u one i would try to fix it yourself first. outlaw51 do u have any more mods on their that could be messing up besides the grip because when i first put on my stock it was jamming the rear pin because the whole in the stock wasnt big enough so it could be that |

Sorry i took so long, i had totally forgotten i had a post here. I will try that tiday but the problem with mine is not even that is going nuts. The problem is that when you turn it on, the light goes SOLID RED and stays like that and will not shut off. I have to remove the battery if i want it to shut off. Anyways i did call Tippmann on monday and they said they were sending me a new board, because in order for me to get it fast before this saturday i had to pay like 50 bucks to ship and have it returned in time and i said that was not an option since i bought that 3 days before and i was already going to pay to much for the e-grip. Anyways in another forum same thing happen to 3 guys and it was the board that was fried, the guys said and also the guy in tippmann said that it sounded like it. That the board was fried and it was the reason why they were sending me another one. Thanks for the help and also hope this helps anyone who might need it. |

Also does anyone here has noticed that the grip in the rear it does not close entirely? I notice that the hole where the blue capacitor goes is not wide enough for that capacitor and it basically does not fit in there and is why it doesnt fully close the rear part of the grip. I will try to use my dremel tool to grind that hole and make it a little wider. Any suggestion as to maybe not do this? |

also when u turned on the trigger, and it went red, did u ever try to pull the trigger. because if u pull the trigger and it doesnt click then that is exactly wut it is because besides the red light i noticed my gun wasnt clicking anymore, so no matter how many new boards u get it still wont be fixed. did u get a new board or an entire new grip |
