Need some guidance!

   hey guys, ive got a c98 pro and its has a flatline barrel cyclone hopper remote line and a car stock, i love it awesome gun, but when i first got it fitted the flatline etc i was nailing the same tree about 700mm wide from about 60meters away i was very happy! but since then havnt used it in atleast 1 year and its shooting crap as, do paintballs expire ? even the balls i opened up out of the sealed packs made no diff!? anyways besides all this i was looking at a inline regulator for my remote line as i have a Type 68 Tacamo also, and would like to share that mod with 2 markers, also whats the diff between a stabilizer and a regulator ? just need a little help, and maybe whats would be a good next mod for my 98 as i love it dont plan on upgrading! Thanks

	Year old paint is probably the problem. Check it for dimples. Check Palmers Pursuit for regulators etc. They have a section that describes both and I have been told they are very helpful.

	Yes, paint does "go bad" if you let it sit for long periods of time without rotating it or if it is stored in unfavorable (too hot/too cold) conditions. As for the Stabilizer vs. regulator, a Stabilizer is a regulator...that's just Palmer's name for it. I'm assuming you're running CO2 and if that's the case the Palmer's is the best regulator for CO2. My personal belief is that I wouldn't buy anything but a Stabilizer for CO2 as I believe it would be a waste of money.

	thanks looked at the website and theres male female ones what the heck ? also can i get one thats on my remote line so i can use it with both my markers ? or am i asking for too much ?

	I'd also break down the marker and give it a good cleaning/lubing as well. Make sure you chrono and tune the flatline again as well. The next time you store the marker, make sure to give it a good lubing. Also make sure NOT to store the marker cocked. You'll end up ruining your main drive spring.
