What is the good bad and the ugly for this upgrade? I got one off E-bay NIB and I want to know more about itConfused

Maybe you should've asked this before you bought it?

I wasn't being nasty, just pointing out the obvious thing to do before purchasing something.

Well, it's going to allow your gun to operate at a lower pressure. It reduces the kick some as well. Other than that, I have no real experience with them.

they really dont do much for it in all honesty.     You  wont notice a big differenc in efficiency (if any), the kick is  barely reduced, and its still pretty loud,  also the accuracy is about the same.
Stay low, run fast, and hope that paintball doesn't hit your...

I found it made a large difference in my A5.  Along with Techt cyclone upgrades and the LPK i was able to bring my operating pressure down (250-300psi).   Kick was noticebly reduced and i could shoot a few pods more using the same tank.  Old setup would stop working below 1000 in tank.  New setup would still work below 500 in tank.  I might even get the Techt Zero Kick hammer. (possibly increase my efficientcy even more).   Now the only problem i've come across is in cold weather i had to use a stronger spring.
