I wish I had my camera here, but, my dinner today was:
Incredible homemade Gumbo and white rice with hot sauce.

So much better than the crap the school serves here.

I completed the "triple king challenge" , got a certificate congratulating me, free burger, and a picture of me wearing a crown on the wall. yay!

I made Hibachi / teriyaki  chicken and rice.  It was great, unfortunately I don't have a wok though...  Unhappy
