I just bought my gun a month and a half ago i havent shot it i got out my CO2 today and went to shoot the paintballs arent shooting, they just fall out and the feed doesnt even move.... so i need help on how to operate the feed pertaning to a brand new out of box tippmnn a5 with cyclone feed

things to check would be the air exhaust tube that goes from the right side of the gun to the tube that leads to the cyclone. make sure it is connected.. also if the hole below the cyclone feeder exhaust hole is not capped off it will not have enough air to push the cylcone because all the air is being pushed out the bigger whole....
