Velocity cannot be properly determined without a Chronograph. There is no magic number of turns that you use to set it. Go to a commercial field or buy a handheld chrono. If you are planning on playing at a non-commercial site/private field you or someone in your group needs to invest in a handheld chrono. They can be found online at www.actionvillage.com, www.compulsivepaintball.com, www.paintball-discounters.com, etc.
