Phenom with commando stock leaking air

   I recently got a used Phenom off of Ebay. I checked it thoroughly, and test fired it. It was in perfect working order.

I got the x7 phenom commando air through stock, and installed it. Now, there is a leak where the air regulator is. I think it's coming from the seal between the brass valve and the stock/gun. I tried some grease on there, it still leaks.

I don't understand why it's leaking. I tried to follow the flexi valve maintenance video to disassemble the internals and check for damaged o-rings (which I highly doubt, they all look fine) and I couldn't unscrew the back piece that the air regulator screws into...because it's on so tight. All I did was scratch it up. I dare not touch it anymore because I could damage it.

The brass valve that connects the stock to the internals is pretty loose and slips in and out of both connection points easily. The o-rings look fine though.

Also, every time I pull the trigger, a tiny bit of air escapes from the gap between the trigger and the frame. Not sure what that's about.

If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.

	I want to add something. After a bit of testing and troubleshooting, I have narrowed down the problem to be one of the two connection points of the brass valve that connects the stock to the air inlet. Either it's leaking from where the valve connects to the internals, or from where it inserts into the stock. The o-rings seem fine, so I don't know why that is. When I use the default set up, with the air connected to the grip, there is no leakage. When I have the stock connected, there is a leakage. EDIT: I took a closer look at the entrance where the valve slides in on the air through stock. Whaddayaknow, one of the o-rings had a bit of damage. I pried it out and now I can't find the right diameter o-ring. In theory, though, that could be where the leak was occurring. Edited by PillowFlame - 31 July 2011 at 11:24am

	I can't find what size o-ring is inside the stock. Does anyone know?

	Alright, so I replaced o-rings, took the gun to a shop, and tried everything I could think of. The guys at the shop tell me that the problem is the connection between the stock and the gun. That's where I knew it was coming from as well. I would say that the part has some sort of defect, and I can't fix it on my own.
