I was wondering if there is a rifled barrel for the X7 Phenom that can also have the Apex 2 tip? I was looking at the Straightline by Hammerhead but I don't think it could takle an Apex tip cause of the tip that is already on it.

From what I recall rifled barrels in paintball are a complete gimmick and offer no real advantages over non rifled barrels.
Since paintballs don't expand when fired, I'd think rifling would just contribute to air inefficiency. |

The rifled barrel I put on my Carver One seemed to help out alot. I used the Freedom Fighter barrel by Hammerhead. Maybe a spiral ported rifle would work just as well.

I'm assuming you replaced the stock barrel on your carver one?
I'm not saying you won't get better performance when compared to a stock barrel, but rifled barrels can generally be matched by non rifled barrels of similar price ranges and quality. The actual "rifleing" doesn't work on paintballs like it would on an actual bullet . It's like claiming a heavier barrel will help prevent your paintball gun's barrel from overheating. |

You would not want to use a rifled barrel with an Apex tip. The Apex puts backspin on the ball. The rifled barrel puts a side spin on it.
